“It looks like a present” is an often heard remark about the new DIY installation packages of KPN. In close cooperation with the KPN Customer Experience department, we developed a packaging that makes the installation of digital services extremely simple. All components for a single installation step are placed in a dedicated box with a clear color indication.
All boxes have the same footprint so each individual client order will be posted in a neat package. Last but not least, the customer does not need to search for different installation manuals, but will find it on top of the stack in a handy binder. The installation process is perceived as much easier and simpler which results in less helpdesk calls and a positive perception of the brand KPN.
