Thanks to the valuable input of the end-users, we were able to develop the Dunlop® Snugboot, which is not just another boot:

The design team created the unique Snugfit – a tighter fit around the foot, improving walking comfort. A flex-zone ensures that going in and out of your boot is still easy. No more clumping, and no more boots lost in sticky mud!

PUROTEX ®, the specially developed 4-layer textile laminate, creates a breathable and waterproof upper. Dunlop developed an innovative mold technique to secure a watertight adhesion of the textile upper with the injected polyurethane layer.

Thanks to Stability fix the user is sliding easily in and out of the Snugboot. This smart integrated feature also keeps the heel firmly in position during walking and has unparalleled torsion control.

Integrate protective inserts make the boots certified according to all major global safety standards.

We enjoyed being part of this project, creating the ultimate working boots from the very beginning to a marketable product. Our team joined in from the initial idea and concept development, 3D-CAD, and prototyping to branding & communication. Together with the Dunlop team, we managed to realize something unique! The boots are rewarded with renowned international design awards: a Red Dot Design Award 2019 Product Design and an iF Award 2019.
