On Friday October 14, Jasper van Kuijk launched his book ‘Hoe moeilijk kan het zijn?’ at Pakhuis De Zwijger in Amsterdam. It is a collection of Jasper’s weekly columns in Dutch newspaper ‘de Volkskrant’ on the flaws in contemporary design. Why are some products embraced and others rejected? This book should be a guide to creating a more intuitively and user-friendly designed world.

Together with designers from other agencies, our Ronald Lewerissa (our Creative Director) and Robin Hoenderdos (Designer) enjoyed attending Jasper’s pop-up helpdesk for this evening. They redesigned products on the spot that got the rejection stamp.

Jasper is a scientist – specialized in user-centered design – and stand-up comedian, a remarkable, yet great combination for writing this book, only available in Dutch.
