With immediate effect, FLEX/design will follow the new measures announced by the Dutch government to prevent any further spread of the COVID-19 Coronavirus. In concrete terms, this means that our team will be working at home, and no meetings will be held in our office or attended elsewhere up to April 6th, 2020. We realize that this decision will have significant consequences for our clients, other relations, and employees. Still, we’re convinced that it is inevitable to be safe in this extraordinary situation.

Yesterday our team gathered at safe distance from one another, to discuss how to serve you at our very best from our home offices. Our teams carefully reviewed each project and the work to be done over the next few weeks. A few team members will stay at our office to take care of the necessary coordination. Our IT manager facilitated our home connections in a safe and secure manner and organized possibilities to have team meetings at a distance. We will do our very best to serve you well under the given circumstances.

We assume that also your company will comply with the measures set by your government, which may differ somewhat from country to country.
